What We Collect

We collect your email address and password (hashed — never stored in plain text) when you create an account. We also collect subscription and billing information, which is processed directly by Stripe. Signal and permit data surfaced in the platform is sourced from public government records.

How We Use It

We use your information to provide the WinRadar service, send transactional emails (account verification, password reset) via Resend, and process payments via Stripe. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Data Storage

Your account data is stored in a PostgreSQL database hosted on Railway. Additional infrastructure is hosted on DigitalOcean.

Third-Party Processors

• Stripe — payment processing and subscription billing
• Resend — transactional email delivery
• Railway — application and database hosting
• Google — OAuth authentication (if you sign in with Google)

Your Rights

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. To request deletion of your account and associated data, email us at [email protected].

Cookies

We use only essential session cookies required for authentication. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies.
